A Multi-Disciplinary Team
Our staff team includes professionals from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Qualified occupational therapists
- Rebound therapy practitioners
- Hydrotherapy-trained support workers
- Sensory integration specialists
- Experienced children's support workers
- Activity coordinators
This multi-disciplinary approach means we can address each child's needs holistically — physical, sensory, emotional, and social — rather than focusing on just one area.
Training and Development
We invest heavily in ongoing training for our team. All staff hold current DBS checks, safeguarding qualifications, and first aid certificates. Beyond the essentials, our team regularly undertakes specialist training in areas such as:
- Sensory processing and integration
- Autism awareness and communication strategies
- Positive behaviour support
- Manual handling and moving and positioning
- Makaton and visual communication systems
